Dear HCA Family and Friends,
We wanted to reach out with some important details regarding the auction on Saturday May 8, which is shaping up to be a terrific event!
While it is a blessing to have fun and fellowship together as a school community, the auction is also an extremely important event in our school’s annual fundraising objectives. This year’s goal is to raise $60,000.
We have 100s of items to bid on this year and I am sure one of them will be just what you or a friend would enjoy, but we need you and your friends’ participation to make this a success. Please help to spread the word and invite friends and neighbors to come out. Can you think of 1-2 guests (or another couple) that you could bring?
Many have been helping with auction preparations, to include spreading the word about the event. Earlier this week a help sign-up was sent out via e-mail and many of the spots have been filled – thank you to those volunteers! There are still some openings if you would like to serve: Click Here
As part of the evening’s agenda, Mr. Miner will be sharing an announcement regarding some exciting plans in the works for our school – you don’t want to miss it!
Please also note that food will be served and childcare will be available, so please make attending this fun evening a priority. Online participation will also be possible so stay tuned for details about how to sign up to bid online. There will be something for everyone – including Mother’s Day shoppers!
Doors open at 5:00 and the bidding fun begins at 6:00 pm at The Point (Centerpoint Church – 2595 N. 10th St Kalamazoo, MI 49009). We have many different options this year due to COVID. If you cannot attend in person then we have the option to bid online or you can hire a free personal bidder for the event. Sign up for the stay at home options and get a preview of what’s up for bid online at https://www.hcaeagles.org/hca-auction/
