Heritage Christian is pleased to offer a Young 5's program. Eligible students must
be 4 years old by the first day of school. The State Certified program, led by an
expert in Early Childhood Education, combines elements of beginning phonics and
mathematics with directed play.
Mrs. Burlison also has a Masters Degree in Literary Studies, enabling her to carefully evaluate the reading readiness of students. This popular program is a perfect introduction to the Christ-centered way of learning offered by HCA. As with our preschool program, our kindergarten introduces phonics based reading, along with mathematics, study skills, and other topics to prepare students for a successful elementary school experience. |
