Mr. Jim Carl Chairman Pastor Tom Manley Vice Chairman Mr. Bruce Esterline Secretary Mr. John Rawsthorne Treasurer Mrs. Suzanne Danahy Mr. Dan Dockweiler Mrs. Penny Kerkstra Mrs. Tricia Cobb Heritage Christian Academy is owned and operated by Heritage Christian Academy Association, a Michigan nonprofit corporation. Government is vested in the school board and the associate churches. Board members are approved by the associate churches and are elected by the school board to serve staggered, three-year terms. To assist the board in effective planning and policy development, several permanent committees have been formed to study issues and develop recommendations for board action. These committees are Vision, Stewardship, Educational Policies & Academic Excellence, Technology, School Life, and Athletic. The administrator is responsible to the board for effective and efficient day-to-day management of the school.
